Can property really get you a Golden Visa?

Does off-plan property qualify?

What about a mortgaged property?
A mortgaged property can qualify, but generally only the equity you have actually paid counts toward the AED 2 million threshold, not the full price. Can I bring my family?
Golden Visa holders can typically sponsor their spouse and children, and often their parents, for the duration of the visa. The current dependent rules are set by the UAE authorities — we confirm them for your family before any application, and plan schools, housing and relocation alongside.
