The Archive

Most Dubai towers at this price advertise a gym and a pool and stop there. The Archive adds something you will not find in the brochure of anything near it: a dedicated reading room, the Writer’s Room, alongside a library. It is a small thing, and it is the reason the building has a name rather than a number.

Studios through three-bedroom apartments, 384 to 1,884 square feet, handing over in the third quarter of 2028, and delivered fully furnished — the difference between collecting keys and collecting rent. Entry is 666,000 AED, which in a market where a central studio now starts near a million is the whole argument.

Two payment structures are offered — 50/50, or 60/40 with instalments running after handover. Amenities include the residents’ lounge, an open-air pool and a children’s pool, gym, Pilates studio and yoga area, the Sun Retreat Deck, outdoor cinema, barbecue area, mini golf, playground and green space.
